What exactly do you do?
We check your details and submit your travel authorization or visa for you with the right authority. This way you avoid mistakes and arrange everything in one place.
Are you the government?
No, we are an independent service provider. You can also do an application yourself directly through the official portal, often for a lower amount.
Which countries can I apply for?
At the moment the ESTA for the US, the eTA for Canada, and e-visas or travel authorizations for Egypt, India, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. We are expanding this range.
When and how do I pay?
You see one clear total price upfront and pay when you apply, with iDEAL, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal.
How quickly will I have my document?
That depends on the country and the speed you choose. Often within a few hours to a few days. For urgent cases we offer faster options.
Do I need a passport photo or passport scan?
For some countries yes, such as Egypt, India and Indonesia. On your destination page you can see exactly what you need.
What if my application is rejected?
For most travel authorizations, approval is almost certain when your details are correct. That is why we review your application carefully before we submit.
How secure is my data?
Your data is processed encrypted, used only for your application and not shared with third parties.
How do I receive my document?
Once your application is approved, you receive your travel authorization or visa by email.
Can I do this myself?
Yes. You can arrange any application yourself through the official portal. We take the form filling and checking off your hands for a fixed total price.
